Small, clean, cozy hotel. Breakfast offers quite a pleasant selection. Staff is responsive. Only downside—parking is practically non-existent.

Photos match. The room is clean. True, there's only one socket for the entire room. No vehicle access to the hotel — road repairs. You need to walk along the excavation a bit past the "Bristol" store.

Liked the hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. There are family two-room rooms. Blackout curtains. Quiet and peaceful. The hotel has a spacious kitchen where you can cook or reheat food. Would like to see an asphalt path from the parking lot to the hotel entrance, so we don't have to drag suitcases through the mud between trees. Recommend.

An excellent refuge for travelers beyond the Arctic Circle. Clean and warm rooms with decent renovation. Convenient location. Within walking distance of public transport stops.

Of course, this isn't top-tier, but solidly a five. Everything is clean, neat, and well-attended. Good heating and hot water. The downside is no breakfast, but there's a McDonald's just 200 meters away, and there's a kitchen, so it's not a big issue.

Pleasant small hotel. Private bathroom in the room. The room is neat, cute, cozy. Strong noise from the corridor. Very strong! Although maybe everything just happened right by our room. In the morning there was some breakfast (presumably pancakes), we didn't go (were sleeping), and the smell of low-quality oil lingered in the room. Otherwise I liked it, but probably suitable just for an overnight stay out of necessity.

Only 4 stars due to worn-out rooms. Upon arrival, there was a slight sewage smell (probably the shower drain doesn't seal odors well, but the smell disappeared after using the shower). But maybe 4.5 stars. Staff attitude is good.

Excellent, cozy place. There's a small private kitchen. The administrators are reasonable. The Severnoye Nagornoye shopping center is nearby. Although breakfast used to be included in the room rate before.

Pleasant and responsive staff. Rooms are cozy. The only downside is that not all rooms have a fridge, but there's a large fridge in the shared kitchen. In the room's bathroom, there's a sewage smell. It mostly disappears when the exhaust fan is on. The location is convenient for those who need to stay away from the city.

A very nice small hotel. Located extremely conveniently for getting around the city. Nearby is the modern canteen 'Treska' where you can always eat well. Also nearby, just two steps away, is a 'Pyaterochka' store. By the way, the hotel has a kitchen where you can cook yourself. About 300-500 meters away is a huge shopping complex with McDonald's, KFC, etc. Although the hotel is on the first floor of a residential nine-story building, it has a separate entrance. Rooms are standard and comfortable. Perfect for business trips!
