Excellent rooms, comfortable, equipped with everything needed for living and relaxation, clean and cozy. Pleasant home-like meals.

Just opened in October, everything is new and clean. Very quiet and cozy place, beautiful view from the windows, a huge entertainment center nearby and a beer bar in the neighboring building right at the entrance—you can run for draft beer in slippers and a bathrobe.

Modern hotel with good sound insulation and interesting design. Internet works excellently. Giving 4 stars due to unstable water temperature in the shower and inconvenient soft packages for toiletries.

New, clean hotel. Warm, cozy, good food. Nearby 'Severnoye Nagornoye' shopping center and transport stop.

Only downside—no lamp by the bed for reading. Not critical, but would be nice to have. Everything else is good.

Great place! Stayed twice—winter 2017 and summer 2018. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Daily cleaning. All essentials in rooms (towels, disposable slippers, hairdryer, heater, thick curtains and blinds for darkness during polar day). Refrigerator available in the kitchen. Laundry available with your own detergent. Staff is reasonable. Possibly, for those without a car, the hotel might be a bit far from the center. For this price, I wholeheartedly recommend!
