Quite a normal hotel. The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast solid 4. Shopping center nearby with a supermarket and food court. Better than most hotels on the first floor of a residential building.

Good small hotel. Fast check-in. Clean rooms. Cleaning and towel changes done daily. Ironing board and iron on the floor. Microwave available in the kitchen. Breakfasts are okay, food is fairly varied but nothing special. Only downside — unpleasant smell in the room, but maybe we were just unlucky.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 days from December 12 to 16, 2025. Check-in was smooth. Mini-hotel with 12 rooms. Located on the first floor of a residential building. Rooms are not large but comfortable. Room has shower, toilet, sink. Hairdryer provided. Ironing board and iron available on the floor. Rooms cleaned daily. Towels changed regularly. Breakfasts are very decent: porridge, scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, yogurts, homemade cutlets and pizza. Instead of juice, they served compote. Kitchen is available throughout the day. Microwave, thermos-flask, tea, coffee, sugar provided. Hotel staff are very pleasant. Many thanks for the warm welcome.

Pros: price, location (but park at Nagornogo parking, don't follow the navigator—courtyards are very tight), good room Cons: sewage smell, unfriendly administrator
