Excellent hotel. Recommended. The hotel occupies the first floor of a 9-story residential building. In a quiet area. Pyaterochka store nearby, if that matters to anyone. Pleasant girl at reception. Room is clean. Bedding is clean. Hot water is available. Two towels per person. There's a shared kitchen. Water heater with hot water. Clean dishes. We liked everything.

Stopped by for one night while passing through. Price to quality ratio is okay. Rooms without TV, but clean, toilet and shower without major issues. The staff member was slow, probably overacting. Making an 11-person group with small children wait at 11 PM while he slowly entered passport details one finger at a time—I think that's wrong. Just give the keys and type all night if needed. No customer focus. Parking is difficult. Overall, I'd recommend for one night only; for longer stays, look for something better.

Clean, good room. The administrator will advise and help with everything. There's a kitchen. Parking is problematic — heating pipeline repairs ongoing. It's quiet and peaceful here.

Good, convenient location, close to a hypermarket, shops, and public transport. Clean inside, polite staff, prices are more or less acceptable, though not the best in town.
