Good clean hotel. Spacious room, shower has good water pressure, there is a kitchen with dishes (tea, coffee for free). They forgot to flush the toilet when cleaning the room before check-in, so I deducted a point—not critical, but still shouldn't be forgotten!))

Excellent place! I was here with friends on a long business trip—this chain of mini-hotels is even better than renting an apartment. Everyone has their own separate room, shower, toilet, and TV. There's a shared kitchen where you can cook for yourself, which saved us a lot of money. Washing machine available—just add powder and wash. Very reasonable accommodation prices. There are two-room triple rooms. And the staff is wonderful. I recommend.

Liked: Affordable and cozy rooms. Availability of a kitchen where you can have breakfast (pancakes and a cutlet with mashed potatoes), order dinner or cook yourself (boil some dumplings). Polite administrators. Comfortable large bed. Lenta supermarket within walking distance. Disliked: The room with panoramic windows faces the road. Blinds can't be opened because it's the first floor and people walk right past the window. The room was cool when it was -15°C outside. The floor heating didn't work, the floor was very cold. Only the electric heater helped, plus the outside temperature rose to -9°C. The bathroom is very small and cold air blows from the ventilation.

Everything is clean, new and well-maintained, comfortable mattresses, full-sized blankets (not just throws), parking available, large kitchen, and as a sign of hospitality — breakfast!!! Super. We've stayed here more than once.
