I really liked the hotel—clean, cozy, peaceful, quiet, delicious breakfasts, and the Severnoye Nagornoye shopping center is nearby—very convenient location. The staff is very polite. I especially want to express my gratitude to the hotel administrator Tatyana Anatolyevna for her professionalism, politeness, and understanding. It was pleasant to stay in this wonderful, bright hotel, cleanliness and order everywhere, friendly and communicative staff, service at the highest level!! During the stay, there was a homely warmth and comfort that was hard to part with!!!! Left with bright and warm memories!!!! Many thanks to the staff of Sputnik for the warm welcome and support!!!!

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff who were understanding and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Very convenient dining area and kitchen—everything you need for self-catering! Great location for skiers—just a few trolleybus stops to Dolina Uyuta (stop right nearby). Shops and dining options of all kinds are close by! I deducted one star for the terrible mattress (all springs, tried to fix it with an extra blanket, but it didn't help). To be fair, friends in other rooms said their mattresses were fine. Thank you for your hospitality! If we come to Murmansk again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel.

Relatively cheap compared to other similar places when you need to stay 1-3 nights. The low price shows in the noise insulation and shared kitchen. But the rooms are quite decent. Perfect for a couple of nights.
