Just arrived from Severomorsk. Stayed at the Compass hotel for 2 nights. Quiet, peaceful, cozy. The girls at reception are very friendly. Special thanks to Tatyana!!! On the first day, she helped me a lot and gave great local tips. Many thanks! Rooms are clean, everything is there. Breakfast is tasty and varied.

Convenient location, but there are downsides. The water cooler ran out yesterday, and I didn't think I'd have to push someone to replace the bottle! The administrator told me: 'Wait until Monday, it's Saturday today—who's going to serve you?! Go to the store yourselves!' 🫣 The corridor stinks of sewage since Thursday, and nobody's moved a finger to fix it. There's a constant puddle in the room from the shower, and the administrator says 'clean it yourselves, you're the ones showering so much,' even though water leaks from under the shower cabin—and has for years, causing the door thresholds to rust 🫣 I really hope the owner pays attention to their business—probably why during the 'Festival of the North' this is the only place with availability! 🤯

Very decent mini-hotel or guesthouse. Cozy rooms, everything clean and comfortable. All necessary amenities for a normal stay. Breakfasts are very varied — porridge, pancakes, scrambled eggs with sausages, not to mention various vegetable and fruit salads. Cheese, sausage, etc. Main thing — don't overeat. Hotel staff is very friendly, will tell and advise where to go and what to see. A large shopping center is nearby. The hotel's location is very convenient. Only suggestion — blackout curtains during polar day, it's hard to sleep for those not used to it. Otherwise everything is excellent!!!!! Good luck and continued success!!!

All mini-hotels in Murmansk are roughly the same, but here the people working are truly wonderful and the food is delicious☺

Thank you to the staff for being responsive and caring! Simple, cozy, cheap, and with a homely atmosphere! If fate brings me to Murmansk again, I'll stay at Piligrim, a shelter for wanderers and travelers)

Liked the hotel, everything needed is there. It was cool in the room, we asked for a heater. When we returned from a walk, it was already in the room, turned on, and it was very warm and pleasant—they clearly care. The hotel had a shared kitchen where you could get coffee, tea, sugar. Breakfasts were included in the price. In the morning we came to the kitchen, the cook was already there making pancakes, singing songs) There were also sandwiches, porridge, boiled eggs, yogurts, various sauces for pancakes, and even lavash rolls with cottage cheese. Everything was very tasty. Only downside—the hotel is on the first floor of a residential building and there was a strong sewage smell both on the floor and in the rooms. Otherwise everything was great.

Stayed overnight Kettle in the room wouldn't open, no private parking—only in the courtyard if you're lucky. Took breakfast, it was tasty, several dishes available: pizza, toast with sausage and cheese, pancakes with toppings, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. But it was a bit uncomfortable that it was cold at night, heated by a Vitek electric converter. Curtains are thick, didn't disturb sleep.
