The location is simply fantastic—essentially in the geographic center of the city, with any destination reachable within an hour by public transport. We stayed here in winter, and the room temperature wasn't quite comfortable; the kitchen was even colder. The room is small, clean, and not overcrowded with furniture: a wardrobe, a couple of wall shelves, two beds, two chairs, a small table, and a TV. The bathroom is separate, clean, no complaints at all. Room service follows standards strictly. The staff is friendly and almost unnoticeable. The kitchen has enough seating, three refrigerators (it's better to label your food), plenty of dishes, but not cleaned thoroughly enough. Minus one point for uncomfortable temperature conditions, but perhaps that's because the hotel is partly underground (mini-shock🤯), where permafrost is permanent. +: Matches photos, clean room, fresh clean bed linens and towels, hot water with good pressure, private bathroom in room. -: Feels and smells like a basement, even though the hotel is on the first floor. Far from the city center. I think the impression could be easily improved by adding a diffuser to the room, putting photos or posters on the hallway walls, and using slightly brighter lighting.

Liked it. All necessary amenities for staying are present. Nearby: Pyaterochka, pharmacy, bus stop, shopping center. I recommend.

Everything was excellent! Rooms are clean, check-in was fast. If we are in Murmansk again, we will definitely stay here.
