A small hotel that has hosted many guests. They welcome you well, staff is attentive. Tasty breakfasts are prepared in the hotel, everything is fresh. There's a shared kitchen where breakfasts are served, and you can come and cook something yourself. The only unpleasant thing is a flaw made during the installation of drainage pipes in the shower. It smells of sewage; keep the bathroom door tightly closed, and the only relief is turning on warm water in the shower to temporarily wash away the odor. When checking in, check the bathroom smell—maybe it's not like this everywhere. Pyaterochka is across the road. There's a cafe in the next building that serves good set lunches.

Stayed for one day. Everything was satisfactory, the room was quite comfortable. There's a kettle, slippers and shower set, nothing else was needed.

At first glance, an unremarkable hotel on the ground floor of a residential building, but inside everything is modern and cozy. Small, cozy rooms with everything needed for a comfortable stay (comfortable beds with soft mattresses, TV, fridge, shower, clean towels and slippers, disposable shampoos and shower gels) Homemade breakfasts in buffet style, variety is present. There's also a kitchen with everything needed to cook your own food (induction stove, oven, microwave, multicooker, etc.) Key cards for entering the hotel and rooms. The receptionist gladly advises where to go, what to see, and even how to get there One nuance: if you arrive as a group and most people go to shower at the same time, there may be fluctuations in hot and cold water pressure Overall, really liked the place, excellent value for money. If we ever decide to visit the wonderful city of Murmansk again, we'll definitely come back here

Thank you for the comfortable stay. The room is clean, daily cleaning, shower and bathroom in the room, everyone has their own bed, mini fridge, TV, Wi-Fi works well. Breakfast is included, something for every taste. For lunch and dinner, you can cook yourself (kitchen at your disposal) and sit comfortably. They also provide laundry service (free). Great canteen 'Treska' and a bus stop nearby. Small downside—no private parking, but you can park on the roadway under surveillance cameras.

Excellent hostel. Clean. Cozy. It doesn't claim to be a super fancy hotel. Perfect for just stopping by for a night. Convenient shared kitchen, daily cleaning. Friendly staff.
