The team is very friendly, home-style breakfasts, you can also freely have lunch or dinner in the dining room, there's a washing machine, dryer, iron — very convenient. Rooms are clean, curtains effectively block light during polar day, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, a good large shopping center nearby where you can eat and buy everything you need.

We found the Navigator hotel by chance while traveling around the Kola Peninsula. And what was our surprise to find, for a reasonable price, a nice, cozy hotel with breakfast buffet! The hotel is clean, cozy, has a dining kitchen, and a free laundry!!! which is very important for tourists and business travelers. The woman at reception is very kind, and the male cook prepares excellent dishes for breakfast! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, recommend to everyone. Only small downside—lack of parking right next to the hotel, but you can use the large free public parking near the shopping center.

Very convenient hotel location: 5-minute walk to the bus stop, right here is the shopping center "Severnoye Nagornoye", across the road is the cultural canteen "Shchi Borschi". To the south of the city and to the center, transport access is excellent. Twenty minutes by bus (bus 108 to the Military Town) and you're in a mushroom and berry paradise. In the morning you'll be offered a tasty and hearty breakfast (included in the room rate). Travelers are advised to monitor the weather in advance—it's very changeable.

Simple room to get some sleep after or before work. Shower and toilet in the room. Big plus—TWO workspaces in a double room. Both can fit a computer, allowing comfortable work. Features: kettle and refrigerator for shared use. Two refrigerators. There's a shared kitchen where you can cook something. Negatives: the shower curtain can't prevent water from splashing out, so no matter how carefully you shower, the floor will get wet. No window screen, but then again, no insects either.

I want to note that the single room has no window, causing stuffy air inside. This wasn't mentioned anywhere. Otherwise, everything is excellent!

Excellent hotel. Clean and cozy rooms with everything necessary. Generous and varied breakfast: from classic scrambled eggs to healthy porridge and fruits. Convenient location near a shopping center. Very attentive, responsive and polite administrators. The hotel is more suitable for business travelers since it's conveniently located in an industrial zone. Accordingly, the price is very reasonable. Everything is concise and to the point. Clean bedding (no smell, no mustiness, not damp). Pillows and blankets are also good. All necessary types of towels. Shampoo, shower gel, slippers—all available. Internet is slow, but it works. There's a bus stop nearby, and it takes 30 minutes to reach the center. The only downside—no breakfasts.

Cozy and convenient room. Private bathroom (which is notable—many hotels in Murmansk have shared toilets, but not this one), kettle and refrigerator. Staff are responsive and friendly. Breakfasts deserve special mention—they are very tasty, home-style food (different milk porridges, cold cuts and cheese, freshly baked pancakes with meat/cottage cheese, syrniki, etc.) There's also a free laundry room (with washing machine and dryer).
