I really liked the hotel. Cozy and clean rooms. The room had everything you need: kettle, fridge, tea, sugar, shampoo, shower gel, slippers, three towels. Polite staff. Tasty breakfasts with a buffet. Wonderful pancakes. The only thing is that the breakfast menu is a bit strange, more like lunch, but overall there's enough to choose from.

Stayed at "Ledokol" in early March this year during a trip across the Arctic. Very satisfied! The room was spacious, clean and warm. Bed linens were clean. Towels, slippers, hairdryer, toiletries—all in order. Garbage was collected and wet cleaning done daily. There was always hot water in the cooler in the kitchen, and tea, coffee, and sugar were offered free of charge (in case someone didn't bring their own). Staff was cheerful. Use of the washing machine was free and unrestricted. For a relatively low price, the quality really impressed me. If I ever go to Murmansk again, I'll only stay at "Ledokol".

Everything is clean, cozy, polite staff. Even shampoo/gel provided. Clean, comfortable shared kitchen. We liked it, would stay again. Only thing, the mattress was too soft for me, but that's a matter of taste))

Good hotel, clean rooms, but the renovation is a bit worn out. Breakfasts are provided: porridge, potatoes, cutlets, sausage, vegetables, pancakes. Friendly staff. Convenient location.

Wonderful impressions from the hotel! Everything is clean and neat. Good homemade breakfasts. The room has everything you need—slippers, shampoo, shower gel. The location is also excellent—around the corner is a large shopping center. I recommend!

The hotel is generally okay. It's set up on the first floor of a residential building. Questionable decision to make some rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the street, so the blinds are constantly closed. On 26.02.23, the administrator worked very slowly! She scanned every document separately and processed the check for each room individually. It took us over half an hour to check in 8 people into 4 rooms. Teach her to work more efficiently, take her on a tour to another hotel

The hotel is small, located on the first floor of a residential building. Very nice administrator. The room is good, very comfortable bed, sleeping was excellent. Heating in the room is good. Only thing, no porridge/omelet for breakfast, mostly dishes for lunch. Tasty pancakes.

The hotel is new, everything is still clean, fresh, and causes no negative feelings. Even in the single room, there's a good large bed with a comfortable mattress. Shower cabin, disposable set of shower gel/shampoo. Small kitchenette in the room and a spacious separate kitchen with fridge and microwave. Coffee, tea, and sugar are available at no extra cost.
