Nice mini-hotel. Located on the first floor of a residential building. Clean and tidy. Rooms are new. Administrators are friendly. There's a small shared kitchen.

Convenient location. Close to bus stop and shopping center. Tasty breakfasts. Clean rooms. Polite staff. Shared kitchen. They have a chain of such mini-hotels. Prices are reasonable. I like it. Always stay with them.

Good, simple breakfasts, wide selection of main dishes. Friendly staff. Room cleanliness. You can microwave food in the dining area, and tea and coffee are always available.
