A good hotel in terms of price-to-quality ratio. Conveniently located, accessible by public transport. Rooms are clean. There's a shared kitchen and dining room. You can use the dishes. Free tea and coffee. Hotel staff seemed a bit wary at first — our initial interaction felt tense. Later, everything was fine. They explained and showed us everything. Probably due to the panoramic windows, the room was slightly chilly

Convenient location: a direct minibus runs from the airport to the hotel, and a large shopping center is nearby. Rooms are clean and cozy. Tea set provided. Breakfast is prepared on-site and is very tasty.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. Everything was excellent. Comfortable rooms with all amenities, including a workspace for handling tasks during the trip. The shared kitchen has everything necessary (stove, microwave, drinking water, and hot water for tea and coffee). Special thanks to Yulia (the administrator), who promptly responded to any questions and helped resolve them quickly.

Came for the 'Prazdnik Severa' marathon. Ten minutes by taxi to the start. Everything in the room is decent: furniture, plumbing, bedding. Breakfast includes hot dishes. Located on the first floor of a panel residential building. A shopping center is nearby.

Excellent mini-hotel, clean and cozy. Breakfasts are beyond praise—very filling and, most importantly, varied. Recommend for staying.

Very responsive girl at reception. Cozy, clean rooms. Everything is very decent. There's a fridge, microwave, and kettle in each room. The shower cabin is clean. I liked it.

The hotel is good, but keep in mind that during check-in they scan passports without your consent. They refused to just copy the details. This is unpleasant. I wouldn't want someone to keep a scan of my passport. One star off for this. Good shared kitchen. Clean room with new renovation. Door opens with a card. Located in a quiet area—on the first floor of a residential building with courtyard access. Supermarket nearby. In the bathroom, only liquid hand soap and a roll of paper. No shampoo or other toiletries. One towel per person.
