Very cozy place. Has everything necessary: rooms are clean and match the website description. Kitchen has the essentials: dishes, kettle, stove, oven, tables for dining. Giving a 5 with a plus.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, large shopping mall nearby, developed infrastructure. Not isolated, no transport issues at all—I strongly recommend for accommodation.

A good hotel, I've been staying there monthly for a year, for 2-3 nights at a time. Friendly staff, rooms are simple and clean. Private bathroom in the room, toiletries, personal kettle and glasses in the room. Tea, coffee, sugar, and water cooler in the shared kitchen are always available. Water quality in Murmansk is an issue everywhere—you need to flush it for 2-3 minutes before using hot water, but to me that's understandable—you're in the Far North. Overall, for the price, it's a very good, clean hotel. So far, it's the best I've found within this budget.

I'm not staying here for the first time in this hotel chain. Rooms are clean, staff is polite and welcoming. Shower and toilet are shared between several rooms. Was here a year ago, it was worse, a good decision was made to change the hotel staff. I'll come again

Decent hotel. Rooms are clean. Missing small things like soap and shampoo in the bathroom. There is a shared kitchen. You can stay overnight.

Arrived at night, no issues with check-in, would especially like to highlight the administrator—a pleasant woman. Rooms are excellent for the price. Definitely recommend

Good rooms, good breakfasts, everything quite standard. There are a few small parks nearby, parking is available but not super easy to find.

Hello. I'd give this hotel 10 points. Clean, neat, comfortable rooms, polite hotel staff, reasonable prices. And if someone here is giving low ratings, probably they've never stayed in hotels with bedbugs, no shower, shared toilet, but with prices three times higher than Sputnik.....they wouldn't understand me....
