Good hotel! Friendly administrator, check-in at any time, there's a full kitchen, as well as a washing machine. Three bathrooms with showers for all rooms, everything is convenient and clean, perfect for several nights. Comfortable beds, everything is new. We'll gladly come back.

Overall — okay. Large shopping center nearby. Better to leave the car there. Parking in the courtyard is problematic. There's also a restaurant on the 4th floor.

We stayed for a couple of days with children and a dog. Located on the first floor of a residential building. There was a slight sewage smell in the right wing. The mattresses were comfortable, we slept well. The rooms have thick curtains, so the bright nights weren't disturbing. Clean, friendly staff, kitchen and dining room—all very homely. It's a pity that breakfast isn't provided, but it's not critical since there are a 5ka and Lenta nearby where you can get food.
