Great option for the price. Shop nearby. Breakfast included, no road noise. Clean and tidy. Similar to Discovery. Will come again.

The room was clean, located on the first floor. I booked a standard single room but ended up with a two-room room: a double bed in the large room and a single bed in the small one. The layout lacks a hallway — you enter directly onto the bed. No chairs in the room. Also, sound insulation is poor — I woke up from a dog barking and howling. Location is quite far from the center. Price-wise, average — 1500 rubles per night without meals. There's a shared kitchen where you can cook, with a thermos and even coffee and sugar provided

Everything was good, clean, and the staff was friendly. The only thing I'd like to mention is a specific smell in the common corridor, which, as I understood, comes from the sewer line running nearby.

A very nice hotel with a home kitchen (not food, but the space) and friendly staff. Only downside is the location, but the price more than compensates for it.

Two-room rooms, with a kitchen and refrigerator where you can cook almost anything except in an oven. Breakfasts are included—mini buffet style. For added convenience, there's a utility room where you can wash, iron, and dry laundry at no extra charge. Unfortunately, there's no parking. There's a large shopping center a 3-minute walk away and just 20 meters away a nice little pub)))

For those coming for the weekend to see the northern lights and Teriberka, and who basically just need a place to sleep and store belongings — this is the best option. A budget hotel with decent service quality. Rooms are fine, daily cleaning. I booked a Smart room without windows — very unusual, but not uncomfortable. It would be nice to have light switches with indicators in such rooms, but unfortunately they don't. Staff is friendly, checked us in quickly and showed us around. Downsides: the bathroom has a slight damp smell, so turn on the exhaust fan and keep the bathroom door closed at night

Stayed at this hotel twice, very cozy. Both times we took two-room rooms, and there's also a shared kitchen with everything needed. Rooms were cleaned daily, staff was very friendly. Pyaterochka and Hyper Lenta are within walking distance

I liked it! The room was surprisingly clean! There's a kitchen. And a big plus—the mattress, very comfortable!

Arrived at night (polar day). Greeted like family! Showed us everything, explained, and then left us in peace) Exactly how I like it) Special thanks for the blackout curtains! Night only came when we closed them))) There's a "Pyaterochka" nearby, and a very beautiful wooden administration building) Murmansk has won us over! Love forever!

Not a bad hotel. I liked it. Good breakfasts, portions are not limited), clean rooms not worn out, friendly staff, parking available nearby. Downsides: doors are not soundproof (though no one was noisy, it was quiet), hallway smells like a basement. Overall, okay. My rating: 4+
