Quiet and cozy. Friendly staff. As a downside, it's a bit chilly in the room, but on the plus side, there's a heater.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 days from December 12 to 16, 2025. Check-in was smooth. Mini-hotel with 12 rooms. Located on the first floor of a residential building. Rooms are not large but comfortable. Room has shower, toilet, sink. Hairdryer provided. Ironing board and iron available on the floor. Rooms cleaned daily. Towels changed regularly. Breakfasts are very decent: porridge, scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, yogurts, homemade cutlets and pizza. Instead of juice, they served compote. Kitchen is available throughout the day. Microwave, thermos-flask, tea, coffee, sugar provided. Hotel staff are very pleasant. Many thanks for the warm welcome.

Overall, very decent—everything except the floors is quite clean, the room has fresh renovation, good towels and bedding. But the shared kitchen reminded me of hostels, and the floor wasn't washed. If not for the floor, I could have given a 5.

Pros: price, location (but park at Nagornogo parking, don't follow the navigator—courtyards are very tight), good room Cons: sewage smell, unfriendly administrator

Good hotel. The only downside—Wi-Fi was completely absent. On the plus side: breakfasts, good staff, daily room cleaning.

What I liked: good room, good breakfast What I didn't like: would like a friendlier administrator. And strong sewage smell..... If you're by car, park at Nagornogo parking, no need to drive to the hotel entrance—courtyards are very tight and no parking.
