Good hotel, solid four out of five! Clean, generally cozy, furniture hasn't been updated in a while but everything is in decent condition. No parking, if you're lucky you can park in a nearby courtyard, but there's a large parking lot at the shopping center nearby.

Good hotel, warm, clean, room has everything necessary. Homemade-tasty breakfasts. Good location, large shopping center nearby, public transport stops.

Everything is excellent!!!! I recommend!!!! Special warm words to the administrator, who is also the cook!!! We've never eaten such pancakes anywhere. Many thanks for the comfort, warm welcome, and excellent breakfasts!!!!

A normal hotel, clean, good pressure of hot water in the shower. Looks worse from the outside than it is inside. Located on the first floor of a 9-story residential building, with a separate entrance.

No private kitchen, only a microwave. Otherwise everything is fine. Affordable and decent rooms.

Good hotel, shared kitchen, but there's tea and a kettle in the room. They provide disposable slippers, shampoo, and shower gel. About 15 minutes to the center by car.

Located on the first floor of a residential building. Parking is an issue. Inconvenient to carry suitcases to the entrance. But the place is clean, breakfasts are varied. Special thanks for the washing machine and dryer. There's a large shopping center nearby with all necessary stores.

In my opinion, the location of the building where the hotel is located is convenient, with a nice cafe "Treska" serving home-style food nearby, a shopping center, and a Pyaterochka store. The hotel has a shared kitchen. The rooms aren't new but still look good. Towels are changed, rooms are cleaned, and each room has a kettle, fridge, TV, and hairdryer.

Clean, warm. A bit strange when people walk past the window. Breakfast is homemade, enough to eat, tasty and with choices. You can take dishes from the kitchen during the day and evening, but need to return them clean)). Good option for a short trip or business trip.
