An interesting overnight stay on the first floor of a residential building. There's a kitchen where breakfast is served. You can also have tea or coffee there anytime. Bus stop and shopping center nearby. Clean, warm, bright.

Polite. Efficient. Breakfasts are okay—they cook themselves. Overall, it's clean. Location and transport accessibility—"5". Sound travels well (not between rooms, but in the corridor). Overall, among all these mini-hotels in Murmansk by quality and accordingly by price, they rank like this [from best to average]: 1—Smart, 2—Navigator, 3—Discovery. But they're all within walking distance. And if there's availability (or lack thereof), they can easily rebook or relocate you.

Excellent hotel! Clean, cozy. Very filling and tasty breakfasts. There's a shared kitchen with everything necessary, so you can cook on your own. Overall, I recommend it! P.S. Rooms with shared facilities on the floor are also quite decent, but there's a restaurant nearby, so it might be noisy. Keep that in mind. Better to book rooms with private facilities.

Decent hotel, perfect for an inexperienced traveler. Good mattresses and pillows, and overall the furnishings are still quite fresh. Breakfasts are available, but unfortunately very early. On the plus side, a large shopping center nearby and only 30 minutes to the airport.

Excellent hotel! Very warm room where I stayed, good renovation, hot water, everything as needed. Shopping center Severe Nagornoe and many stores are within walking distance. Wonderful tasty breakfasts. I'd gladly come back, not just once!

A lovely hotel, everything is there, excellent and responsive staff, there's a parking problem after 18 (just like in Moscow), but we solved it by using the shopping center's parking lot nearby, parked there at night, everything was fine) Breakfasts are very varied, and most importantly, you can see salads, mashed potatoes, etc. So you won't be hungry. The only downside is the lack of an exhaust fan in the kitchen — while eating, you absorb all the smells and end up smelling like food. Otherwise, I recommend visiting!

A decent hotel. The location is very convenient for me—bus stop right opposite, five-minute walk to Severnoye Nagornoye. About 20 minutes by car to the center. The hotel is clean. There's a slight odor in the hallway since the hotel is located in a semi-basement. I've stayed here before. I've stayed in both single and standard rooms. The single room has no window and smells like the hallway; you need to keep the exhaust fan on constantly to reduce the smell. The furniture is worn, but the room is very budget-friendly and has a private bathroom and shower—perfectly livable. I liked the standard room more. It's larger, has a panoramic window (though I wouldn't recommend opening the blinds—passersby can see right in). The renovation looks much fresher than in the single room, furniture is decent, bigger TV, kettle, tea set, safe, heater, hairdryer. Only missing a fridge. The bathroom has a shower cabin, personal shower gels/shampoos, and slippers provided. No unpleasant smells. Noise level is normal—nothing from the neighboring room bothers you, only people in the hallway. The staff is pleasant and responsive. I'd especially like to thank the housekeeper, though I didn't catch her name. A wonderful person—both times I stayed, she was extremely diligent and cheerful. The hotel has a kitchen and a buffet with all essentials; you can order meals. There's supposedly a laundry room, but I didn't use it. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, and you can book them right away, which is very convenient. In summary, the hotel is quite simple, no frills, but look at the prices. I'll likely stay here again next time.
