The double room was a bit dirty, the socket under the table came loose, no view from the window, poor lighting, far from the center. But nearby there's a shopping center with food, and breakfasts are quite good.

In February 2019 we visited the city of Murmansk and stayed at the Discovery hotel. Service is superb, rooms are clean and comfortable, with a kettle, tea, sugar, and even disposable slippers😊. The staff is excellent—they helped us find a room at the Smart hotel since Discovery was fully booked (we only booked one night here, unfortunately no rooms were available). Breakfast is amazing😊. Smart hotel is also very good. Both hotels belong to the same company. I highly recommend!!!

Perhaps the best hotel in Severomorsk. You should keep in mind that the city is closed, and people usually come to visit relatives by invitation and stay with them. But for those coming here on business, I think this is an excellent option. There's no point talking about scenic views from the window, but the rooms themselves are quite decent, breakfasts are provided, and there's a cafe "Vaenga" nearby, which, although not the cheapest, offers a wide selection and excellent cooks. Across the road is a Pyaterochka grocery store.
