Probably the best hotel available in the city. You can cook your own food. Good staff. Clean rooms. There's a cafe nearby where you can grab a bite. A grocery store is within walking distance. I recommend staying here when visiting this city.

Clean, checked in earlier than scheduled, many thanks for that, good breakfast selection, thin walls, unpleasant smell in the corridor—either from pipes or cleaning rags, not sure!

The hotel itself is not bad. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Spacious room, has a kettle and tea. Shopping center right outside the window. Negatives: parking issues and high noise levels in the front rooms when others walk by.

Really liked the hotel, great location—shops, Sberbank, cinema, everything within walking distance. Rooms are clean and recently renovated, cleaned daily. Breakfasts are simple but varied and tasty. Yes, once my breakfast ran out, but I think that was a one-time thing—it hasn't happened again. The only small downside is poor sound insulation, but it didn't bother me. I recommend this hotel to everyone)))

Affordable, clean, cozy. Bus stop nearby, chain stores close by. Convenient for athletes since it's not far from the "Dolina Uyuta" sports complex.

An ideal option for business travelers. A nice small hotel on the first floor of a residential building. The "Severnoye Nagornoye" shopping complex is nearby. Very quiet and cozy. There's a kitchen with a small dining area, constantly open—you can cook your meals and drink tea or coffee freely and at no extra cost.
