New mini-hotel, very clean and everything is up to standard, meets "price-quality" expectations. Getting there with heavy luggage, especially in winter, is not easy—you have to climb one flight of stairs. But that's a minor issue.

The hotel is suitable for short business trips. Everything is fine, but there are issues with the kitchen. It's meager. Need to expand the menu.

Good hotel. I was here in January—they heat it up fully!!! When I entered the room, I thought I'd mistaken it for a sauna. Good thing the radiators are adjustable. Wi-Fi is fast. Clean. Staff—excellent. I deducted one star for breakfasts—Soviet-style food. But you can cook your own breakfast and dinner. Pyaterochka is two steps away.

Rooms are great, cleanliness and order are maintained, there's a kitchen and a dining room. Overall, comfort is top-notch. The staff is very responsive and polite. The hotel is well-located, and although the surrounding area is crowded with cars, there is parking available within walking distance, near the shopping center.
