Quite a decent place to spend the night. Downsides: The room smelled of smoke, as did the hotel corridor. There is a shared kitchen where you can make tea/coffee.

There are rooms for every taste. For solo travelers, the Smart rooms are very decent. The lack of windows is actually helpful during polar days. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk, slippers, and shower amenities. The bathroom is spacious. The room is clean, pleasant bed linen, cozy overall. The price-to-quality ratio is simply excellent. Friendly and professional staff, convenient booking on the website. Special thanks to employee Nelli for her warm attitude towards guests, individual approach, expert help in solving an issue, and the very positive impression she made. Thanks to the room quality, hotel location, and staff, I will definitely return.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel! Staff are polite and friendly. Room is clean and has everything you need. I will definitely come back! PS There's no bath mat in the bathroom. But it's minor..)

I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of a relatively low room price and excellent service quality. The rooms are clean, with daily housekeeping. Very cool chef. Just like in expensive hotels, he comes out to guests and asks whether they enjoyed the dishes prepared.

One star deducted due to shared bathroom on the floor. Otherwise, we were satisfied with everything. Stayed for one night while passing through. Everything is new and clean. Located on the first floor of a residential building. There's a kitchenette with a microwave

We didn't have many hotel options since we booked on the day of arrival. We took a two-room room. Seems clean, staff is excellent, quiet and peaceful. Parking issue is manageable — there's a paid lot nearby. Breakfasts, yes, not very good, but we didn't count on them much anyway. For me, a huge downside — the smell! Smell of a basement! We stayed because the smell wasn't in the room, only in the hallway. But it follows you everywhere. The fold-out bed (extra bed for a child) smelled, luckily the kids aren't sensitive to smells, towels... Overall, seems clean and nice, they clean, change linen, but for me the smell is a problem. If you don't mind, you can choose it.
