Normal hotel. Good price-to-quality ratio. Pay attention to the price and adjust your expectations—this is not 5*. But. Clean, polite, good breakfast.

The neighborhood isn't very good. Better not to walk around in the evening. The hotel is new, still has some teething problems. No kitchen stove yet, no clothes hooks, cleaning is infrequent, few power outlets and they're located deep inside the wardrobe. I think they'll fix all this. Staff is excellent—very pleasant people.

We stayed for two days over New Year holidays. Check-in was smooth despite our several-hour delay. Staff was friendly and polite. Daily room cleaning without disturbance. The included breakfast is varied and suits all tastes. Thank you!

Very good hotel. All necessary amenities in the room. Fridge, kettle, shower cabin. Cleaning and towel change every other day. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Breakfasts included in the rate. Quite a wide selection of dishes (cheese, sausage, pancakes, porridge, chicken, homemade pizza), tea, coffee, compote.

The hotel is not bad. The room is clean. The kitchen is large and has everything necessary. The only thing is the bathroom and toilet are shared between several rooms. And if you're unlucky (as happened to us) with messy neighbors, going into the shower and toilet will be very unpleasant. And if you come in winter, be ready that the room will be cold. (We slept in pants, sweaters, and socks:))

It was my first time in Murmansk. I found Hotel Navigator online and didn't regret choosing it at all. Very cozy and clean room. There aren't many rooms, so not many guests either. The atmosphere is very homely. Breakfasts are 100% delicious. The shopping center and a park for walks are nearby. Very convenient location since the hotel is on one of the city's main streets. The city center is 15 minutes by car or about 40 minutes by public transport. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Navigator. You won't be disappointed.

Great place for an overnight stay and rest. Rooms are large, bed is huge. Good shower. And the hotel is clean, staff is pleasant.
