A good hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. One of the best options, especially considering that during the January holidays in Murmansk almost everything was sold out. The room has a kettle, tea set, tea; everything else needed for cooking is available in the shared kitchen. Downsides: sewer smell in the bathroom, poor sound insulation (you can hear neighbors' conversations even when they're not speaking loudly), and for Murmansk (i.e., the Far North), it was an unfortunate decision to remove the balcony wall to create a workspace, as it significantly lowers the room temperature. However, a separate heater is provided, which saved us. Also, for the future, I'd suggest the management install an electronic lock with a code or magnetic keys on the main entrance door, which guests could receive, because standing in the cold outside and sometimes waiting for the administrator (who might be away) to open the door—even during the day—is not very pleasant

The hotel is good. Room decor is very simple, but all essentials are present: kettle, cups, tea, fridge, safe, disposable slippers, hairdryer, towels, liquid soap. Rooms cleaned daily. Couldn't hear neighbors, only those talking in the hallway. Breakfasts are very good, wide selection. In the dining area you can use dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, water cooler. They leave toast, pancakes, Viennese waffles for tea. You can use the microwave in the dining area, have dinner and watch TV. Staff is very polite. We parked our car at the lot near the shopping center. We stayed during severe frost, worried it would be cold. But rooms were very warm, the child slept undressed. There was an additional heater in the room, but we didn't need to use it. Only downside is that the dining area is chilly, we had to wear sweaters (drafts from the emergency exit).

Traveled alone in January. Standard room. Overall everything was good. Details: Checked in at midnight without issues. The floor was a bit cool, but there's an option to turn on an extra radiator. There were disposable white slippers in the room, but after putting them on and walking around, I picked up two clumps of long female hair. Hot water doesn't come immediately—it takes about 2 minutes. Bed linens and towels were clean. The chair had a reclined backrest—better to replace it for a desk. Missing a glass for toothbrush. No street noise, but you can hear everything happening in the hallway or when neighbors turn on the TV.

Well, overall it's okay. Warm—yes. Hot water issues in the morning. If you're not picky about food, breakfast will have potatoes, pasta, liver, sausages, and various breads) food is expensive, so keep that in mind! Thanks for the kindness)

Decent option for the price. Room 7 was cool, but warm blankets saved the situation. Clean, quiet and cozy.

A regular hotel. THERE ARE NO BREAKFASTS OR ANY MEALS HERE!!! (the website says there are 😡). There is a kitchen where you can cook your own food. 4 stars only for the inaccurate information, but overall it's okay to stay)

Very friendly staff, there's a kitchen, breakfasts are provided, many interesting people. Only one drawback—the noisy cafe nearby. Otherwise, it's clean, comfortable, and inexpensive!

A perfectly good option for staying in Murmansk. Clean, neat, good breakfasts. You can cook something yourself in the kitchen. The hotel doesn't prepare lunches and dinners—they buy them in plastic containers, and I strongly advise against ordering those.

Excellent for the price. Private bathroom, kettle, cups, tea in the room. Shared kitchen with all necessary equipment.
