Mini hotel—20 out of 10. Clean, comfortable, cozy. Warm and bright like home. Clean bedding, dishes. Always hot tea. I've never seen such cleanliness. Administrators Galina and Irina are simply wonderful people. You can talk to them, ask questions, and they'll tell you everything they know. They welcome and see you off like family. You always want to come back. I recommend it to everyone. If it's a mini hotel, then Sputnik. Such cleanliness and respect for guests I haven't seen in a long time. Many thanks to these women. They create a homely atmosphere. Deep bow and respect. Special thanks in my situation. Helped me like family. Although it was my first time in Murmansk. Huge thanks. If I'm here again, I'll only go to them.

Wonderful place! Clean, cozy, no noise. We stayed here in March, passing through. Check-in was at night. They answered the phone immediately, helped us find the way by phone if we got lost. Kitchen has everything needed. Everything tidy, no dirt. Toilet and shower are combined. Toiletries need to be requested from the administrator. The administrator, by the way, is a pleasant woman! You can chat. :-) Rooms are clean and compact. There's a separate area with a table by the window. If we're ever in Murmansk again, we'll definitely book this hotel!

I'm not staying here for the first time in this hotel chain. Rooms are clean, staff is polite and welcoming. Shower and toilet are shared between several rooms. Was here a year ago, it was worse, a good decision was made to change the hotel staff. I'll come again

Arrived at night, no issues with check-in, would especially like to highlight the administrator—a pleasant woman. Rooms are excellent for the price. Definitely recommend

Hello. I'd give this hotel 10 points. Clean, neat, comfortable rooms, polite hotel staff, reasonable prices. And if someone here is giving low ratings, probably they've never stayed in hotels with bedbugs, no shower, shared toilet, but with prices three times higher than Sputnik.....they wouldn't understand me....
