Second year staying at this hotel when we visit. Tasty breakfasts, clean rooms, towels changed daily.

The hotel is not bad, but has some serious shortcomings. Pros: - Pleasant, polite, responsive staff; - Tasty breakfasts, you could say a buffet, wide selection: porridge, pancakes, cheese/sausage, buns, meat dishes, salads. Only good coffee was missing, no coffee machine; - Rooms cleaned daily, all essentials provided: hairdryer, toothbrush cup, towel set, slippers, safe, fridge, kettle. Shortcomings: Dear hotel chain management, if you can't re-wallpaper the rooms, at least repaint the walls. It wasn't very pleasant to stay in a room with stained, blotchy, hole-ridden walls. Fortunately, I booked for two nights and only came to sleep. Attaching photos of the walls. Of course, I'd also like to suggest considering replacing the mattresses — you could feel the mattress had seen better days and was sagging. No sound insulation. Be prepared to hear neighbors' conversations and people walking in the hallway. People walk and cars drive under the windows. Not critical for me, so I don't count this as either a negative or a shortcoming. Giving 4 stars only due to the polite staff and tasty breakfasts.

An excellent mini-hotel in Murmansk. We've stayed here before. Breakfasts are always varied and very tasty. Thank you for keeping the rooms clean.

Overall excellent! Responsive staff, clean rooms. Breakfast could be called lunch. Location near shopping center, where there's plenty to do. But parking is a problem. Almost impossible to park. Saved by the shopping center parking, but it closes after 9 p.m. Also, after breakfast you smell like food, they need a stronger exhaust. But still 5 stars!

Great hotel, clean, breakfasts are very varied) friendly staff, ready to help at any moment, excellent location — shopping center nearby, we parked our car at the shopping center's parking lot, parking in the courtyards is a whole separate story) the only downside is the poor exhaust fan in the kitchen, while you're eating there, you end up smelling of food from head to toe for a long time. Otherwise, I highly recommend, we'll definitely come back!

Everything was good, clean, tasty breakfast. Only downside, no parking at all! Had to drive around courtyards looking for a spot to park..after 1000 km it's not very pleasant.. Keep this in mind when traveling.

Huge thanks to the hotel staff, especially administrator Ekaterina. Very tasty breakfasts, especially the pancakes)! When we come to Murmansk again, we'll stay here)

Good hotel, solid four out of five! Clean, generally cozy, furniture hasn't been updated in a while but everything is in decent condition. No parking, if you're lucky you can park in a nearby courtyard, but there's a large parking lot at the shopping center nearby.

Good hotel, warm, clean, room has everything necessary. Homemade-tasty breakfasts. Good location, large shopping center nearby, public transport stops.

Everything is excellent!!!! I recommend!!!! Special warm words to the administrator, who is also the cook!!! We've never eaten such pancakes anywhere. Many thanks for the comfort, warm welcome, and excellent breakfasts!!!!
