We liked it, came for a couple of days, everything in the city was almost booked, and we found a room at Smart. They feed you well, home-style) overall everything is clean, they cleaned the room every day, made the bed) location is quite convenient, everything you need is nearby! Can't say anything bad)

Negatives: unpleasant smell in the room upon check-in, no toothbrush kit provided. Positives: liked the breakfasts, home-style in their own way; good beds; room was warm. All amenities were present: towels, slippers, shower gel and shampoo. There was an additional heater in the room. Good location near a shopping center. Upon check-out, you can request to leave your luggage for storage, in case your flight is later and you'd like to walk around the city. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel.

In short, I stayed a week! Breakfasts are a masterpiece — like home. Nothing fancy but very tasty (stewed cabbage, cutlets, cheese, sausage, classic Olivier salad, plus eggs with porridge). I got a large room! During extremely cold weather it was a bit cool — solved easily with an extra blanket and a heater!!! There's a kettle and tea in the room. Hot water, very comfortable and convenient for showering. Honestly, I thought it would be not great. But now I'm sure I'll come back to this hotel again. Special bonus goes to the staff!!!! The friendliest people — ♡ thank you!

A decent hotel, quiet atmosphere. The only downside—we forgot to leave shampoo; usually hotels have it, and we needed to wash our hair. Breakfast is hearty, tasty, with a choice of dishes. I recommend.

Wonderful small hotel. Attentive and responsive staff. Daily room cleaning. Breakfast included. Tasty and varied food, just like home.

The hotel is good. Room decor is very simple, but all essentials are present: kettle, cups, tea, fridge, safe, disposable slippers, hairdryer, towels, liquid soap. Rooms cleaned daily. Couldn't hear neighbors, only those talking in the hallway. Breakfasts are very good, wide selection. In the dining area you can use dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, water cooler. They leave toast, pancakes, Viennese waffles for tea. You can use the microwave in the dining area, have dinner and watch TV. Staff is very polite. We parked our car at the lot near the shopping center. We stayed during severe frost, worried it would be cold. But rooms were very warm, the child slept undressed. There was an additional heater in the room, but we didn't need to use it. Only downside is that the dining area is chilly, we had to wear sweaters (drafts from the emergency exit).
