The hotel is small, located on the first floor of a residential building. Very nice administrator. The room is good, very comfortable bed, sleeping was excellent. Heating in the room is good. Only thing, no porridge/omelet for breakfast, mostly dishes for lunch. Tasty pancakes.

We liked everything, they organized transfer, driver helped with luggage, breakfast buffet is quite varied and filling. Two-room rooms at the price of one-room, there is a kitchen, you can cook. From the hotel you can go to a fitness club with a pool, for free!!! Daily room cleaning, towel change, helped with laundry, arranged with another hotel nearby.

Decent small hotel. Pros—towel change, daily cleaning, large bed with a comfortable mattress. Cons: would like at least a coffee machine, and sensations from shower water when the neighbor uses water )) Overall, quiet and peaceful.

I liked it, economical, and most importantly clean and cozy. Friendly staff, everyone was fed in the morning. I enjoyed it.

Really liked the small hotel, located on the first floor of a residential building. Polite staff, daily cleaning and towel change!!! Breakfasts "buffet style" — very good, even though we're "picky", we were satisfied with a 5+: amazing pancakes, cheese, sausage, two types of porridge, vegetables and much more — you definitely won't stay hungry! Huge thanks to the cook. A large shopping center is within walking distance, and on the 4th floor there's the Kruzhka restaurant — I recommend visiting. Not far away is a viewing platform with a view of the Kola Bridge and the fjord.

Good, clean hotel, private kitchen, tasty breakfast, absolutely no complaints. I always stay at SMART and recommend it to others. Wishing this chain prosperity and growth.

Good hotel at an affordable price. Cleaned daily. Breakfast is okay. One downside—nowhere to park

Pros: clean and comfortable rooms; reasonable price; polite staff; included breakfast (everything is tasty); convenient location; Cons: no downsides. After all, this is a budget option. So there are no real drawbacks.
