A bit far from the center. Reasonable prices, clean. Perfect for just spending the night. But getting to the center requires a taxi.

Staff is polite and responsive! They provide tea, coffee, sugar, there's a microwave, fridge, dishes. But since the hotel is on the first floor of a residential building, it's very noisy from the second floor.

A good hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. One of the best options, especially considering that during the January holidays in Murmansk almost everything was sold out. The room has a kettle, tea set, tea; everything else needed for cooking is available in the shared kitchen. Downsides: sewer smell in the bathroom, poor sound insulation (you can hear neighbors' conversations even when they're not speaking loudly), and for Murmansk (i.e., the Far North), it was an unfortunate decision to remove the balcony wall to create a workspace, as it significantly lowers the room temperature. However, a separate heater is provided, which saved us. Also, for the future, I'd suggest the management install an electronic lock with a code or magnetic keys on the main entrance door, which guests could receive, because standing in the cold outside and sometimes waiting for the administrator (who might be away) to open the door—even during the day—is not very pleasant

It so happened that I stayed in the wonderful city of Murmansk. Yes! I liked this town. I stayed at the hotel "Severny Bereg." A friendly girl named Irina greeted me, explained and showed everything. She was always ready to answer any question and help if possible. The room: single, cozy. Clean, comfortable. Shampoo, shower gel, slippers, tea, sugar, and a small kettle—all in the room. Large, high-quality towels. Located in a quiet neighborhood. A transport stop is nearby. I really enjoyed it. Thank you to the management and all the staff for such a warm attitude toward guests.
