Probably the best hotel available in the city. You can cook your own food. Good staff. Clean rooms. There's a cafe nearby where you can grab a bite. A grocery store is within walking distance. I recommend staying here when visiting this city.

The best hotel in Severomorsk among existing ones. And the fact that music from economy rooms is audible on weekends is the fault of the cafe owners, not the hotel.
