Good hotel, friendly staff, has everything needed for a stay. Opposite there's a grocery store and a cafe, so you can buy anything necessary.

Out of everything available in Severomorsk, this is the best

For Severomorsk, where there's a problem with hotels—rather, their absence—this is a decent option. Downsides: in economy rooms, you need to catch the right moment to get hot water for a shower (apparently the boilers can't keep up). Breakfasts and living conditions are acceptable, clean. No issues with paperwork for business travelers.

The most affordable hotel in this area, there are simply no alternatives—either really poor options in Severomorsk itself, or expensive ones in Murmansk. In terms of setup, it's livable—not five stars, but large rooms with somewhat fresh renovation. You can do laundry, there's Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen for cooking. If you want, you can even set up a barbecue in the yard and grill some meat. Pyaterochka is across the road, and if the selection doesn't suit you, there's another supermarket half a kilometer away. The downside—bathrooms are in the corridor... But that's bearable. Giving it a four only because of the bathrooms. Otherwise, it's quite acceptable.

I was here in May this year on business. Warning to tourists! The city is closed and you need a special pass. Good hotel. Large parking lot. Two cafes and a supermarket nearby. The hotel offers breakfasts, tea and coffee throughout the day. Staff is responsive and friendly, always ready to help. There are location drawbacks. The hotel is on the very outskirts of the city, but transport runs regularly and taxis are cheap. And the rooms: some face the highway (might be noisy), others face an industrial zone (dreary view). But I was out in the city all day, so nothing bothered me.
