The location is simply fantastic—essentially in the geographic center of the city, with any destination reachable within an hour by public transport. We stayed here in winter, and the room temperature wasn't quite comfortable; the kitchen was even colder. The room is small, clean, and not overcrowded with furniture: a wardrobe, a couple of wall shelves, two beds, two chairs, a small table, and a TV. The bathroom is separate, clean, no complaints at all. Room service follows standards strictly. The staff is friendly and almost unnoticeable. The kitchen has enough seating, three refrigerators (it's better to label your food), plenty of dishes, but not cleaned thoroughly enough. Minus one point for uncomfortable temperature conditions, but perhaps that's because the hotel is partly underground (mini-shock🤯), where permafrost is permanent. Convenient location, but there are downsides. The water cooler ran out yesterday, and I didn't think I'd have to push someone to replace the bottle! The administrator told me: 'Wait until Monday, it's Saturday today—who's going to serve you?! Go to the store yourselves!' 🫣 The corridor stinks of sewage since Thursday, and nobody's moved a finger to fix it. There's a constant puddle in the room from the shower, and the administrator says 'clean it yourselves, you're the ones showering so much,' even though water leaks from under the shower cabin—and has for years, causing the door thresholds to rust 🫣 I really hope the owner pays attention to their business—probably why during the 'Festival of the North' this is the only place with availability! 🤯

Thank you to the staff for being responsive and caring! Simple, cozy, cheap, and with a homely atmosphere! If fate brings me to Murmansk again, I'll stay at Piligrim, a shelter for wanderers and travelers)

Hello everyone, I stayed from June 12 to 15. Clean room, friendly staff, quiet—I recommend it to everyone. Most importantly, there's a shopping center, pharmacy, and grocery store nearby.
