Cozy mini-hotel located close to the shopping center. Clean rooms with all essentials and private bathroom. There's a small kitchenette. Laundry facilities available. Breakfasts are incredibly delicious and home-style. Staff is friendly and responsive. Five stars with a plus!

If you need a cozy hotel, friendly staff, and tasty breakfasts (included in the room rate), this is the place. Convenient location, shopping center "Severnoye Nagornoye" right across the street.

Excellent place! I was here with friends on a long business trip—this chain of mini-hotels is even better than renting an apartment. Everyone has their own separate room, shower, toilet, and TV. There's a shared kitchen where you can cook for yourself, which saved us a lot of money. Washing machine available—just add powder and wash. Very reasonable accommodation prices. There are two-room triple rooms. And the staff is wonderful. I recommend.
