Excellent mini-hotel with reasonable prices. Cozy room with a double bed and kettle. The bathroom has toiletries and a hairdryer. Breakfast is included—very hearty and varied. Overall impressions are extremely positive. Many thanks to the staff for their friendliness and readiness to solve any issues at any time of day. If we come to Murmansk again, we'll only stay here.

Stayed at Hotel Navigator Kolskiy 164. I want to leave a positive review. The room is clean and has a homely atmosphere. The breakfast is delicious—finger-licking good. You can tell the cook is a professional; the food is home-style, as if cooked for themselves. I especially want to thank the lovely female administrator at reception. She quickly checked us in, explained everything, escorted us to the room, and answered all our questions. Very welcoming. Wishing your hotel prosperity and a big thank you to the staff.

Really liked the hotel!! Room is clean, cozy, warm. Breakfast—simply superb, varied, tasty, homely. Shopping center just two steps away. Friendly staff. Will definitely come again. Highly recommend!!

Nice hotel, everything is clean, fresh renovation! I especially want to highlight the kitchen and the cook—morning pancakes for breakfast are amazing!!!

Everything was good, clean, and the staff was friendly. The only thing I'd like to mention is a specific smell in the common corridor, which, as I understood, comes from the sewer line running nearby.

Two-room rooms, with a kitchen and refrigerator where you can cook almost anything except in an oven. Breakfasts are included—mini buffet style. For added convenience, there's a utility room where you can wash, iron, and dry laundry at no extra charge. Unfortunately, there's no parking. There's a large shopping center a 3-minute walk away and just 20 meters away a nice little pub)))

Not a bad hotel. I liked it. Good breakfasts, portions are not limited), clean rooms not worn out, friendly staff, parking available nearby. Downsides: doors are not soundproof (though no one was noisy, it was quiet), hallway smells like a basement. Overall, okay. My rating: 4+
