Convenient location. Close to bus stop and shopping center. Tasty breakfasts. Clean rooms. Polite staff. Shared kitchen. They have a chain of such mini-hotels. Prices are reasonable. I like it. Always stay with them.

I ended up in this mini-hotel by chance—my flight was heavily delayed, and the airline "Smartavia" accommodated us here for the night. The administrator was very pleasant, attentive, and kind (worked from 28.02 to 01.03.2023). The room was clean, fully equipped, and warm. What surprised and delighted me even more was that at 06:00 the cook fed us pancakes, sausage, cheese, tea, and coffee. I'm very grateful to these people and the hotel management for keeping the place in such good order. Special thanks for such wonderful staff—please keep them.

Pleasant clean hotel with breakfast, though not luxurious. Reasonable price, everything clean and fresh. No complaints about the staff. TV works well, internet has issues.

Good hotel. Warm in winter. There's some kind of breakfast. Shopping center with a store nearby, which has good ready-made meals. Hot water and kettle in the room, but internet is really bad. Otherwise, I recommend for an overnight stay.

A great hotel for resting between trips across the Kola Peninsula. Almost perfect price-to-quality ratio. Whenever I'm in Murmansk, I always stay here. Importantly, there's always parking space opposite the windows at the shopping complex's parking lot. It's clean and feels like home, with the possibility to cook your own food anytime in the kitchen. Morning home-style breakfasts. A large shopping center is nearby.

It was my first time in Murmansk. I found Hotel Navigator online and didn't regret choosing it at all. Very cozy and clean room. There aren't many rooms, so not many guests either. The atmosphere is very homely. Breakfasts are 100% delicious. The shopping center and a park for walks are nearby. Very convenient location since the hotel is on one of the city's main streets. The city center is 15 minutes by car or about 40 minutes by public transport. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Navigator. You won't be disappointed.
