Excellent hotel, I've stayed there twice and will always come back. Cozy, great rooms, polite staff, always clean. Staff genuinely care about guests and are always ready to listen and fix things.

The hotel is not bad, the room has a kettle, shower with toilet and heater. Breakfasts aren't buffet-style, but they cook tasty food. Suitable for a business trip.

Quite good! Pleasant rooms! For me, as a business traveler, it's the most suitable option since I only come to sleep! There's a kitchen and everything needed for cooking!

Staff is very welcoming. But climbing to the 3rd floor with a suitcase is really tough. The room itself is standard but quite spacious. The bathroom left a strange impression—the showerhead is mounted very high, the exhaust fan buzzes on the ceiling with a dangling string (probably to turn it off, but I couldn't reach it at my height of 172 cm). Breakfasts are homemade.

Friendly staff, tasty and filling breakfast. The room has comfortable beds, a table, nightstands, wardrobe, TV, heater, kettle. Towels, tea, cups, shampoo and shower gel are provided. 3rd floor without elevator. Seems like former office space. Spacious hallway, large rooms and kitchen. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking and food storage. No light control in rooms, lamps are very bright and all turn on at once. Curtains are short (let in a wide strip of light during white nights) but dense. Shower (toilet) wasn't cleaned well, and the windowsill hadn't been wiped in a long time. Kitchen dishcloth had an unpleasant smell. Bed linens and towels were very clean, without stains or tears. Dishes were clean, without chips or cracks. Card payment available. Airport pickup/drop-off service available (extra charge). Special big thanks to Nastya, the booking manager, very pleasant to talk to, a professional specialist.
