Pros: convenient location. Hypermarket Lenta nearby. Clean, quiet room. Bus stop nearby. About 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport. Cons: overpriced.

A very pleasant place. A big plus for us was the ability to stay with a small dog. They love animals there! Very convenient location near the Severnoye Nagornoye shopping center. The rooms themselves are well-kept, clean, and tidy. The room had tea, a kettle, and a fridge. Everything for a comfortable overnight stay is there. There's a downside—it was cold (32 degrees below zero outside). They provided heaters. The room warmed up, but you could only walk on the floor in slippers—which they also provided. The second downside is poor sound insulation. But all of this is not critical. The staff is quite friendly. The hotel definitely deserves attention. For a budget price, you get a good impression.

Traveled alone in January. Standard room. Overall everything was good. Details: Checked in at midnight without issues. The floor was a bit cool, but there's an option to turn on an extra radiator. There were disposable white slippers in the room, but after putting them on and walking around, I picked up two clumps of long female hair. Hot water doesn't come immediately—it takes about 2 minutes. Bed linens and towels were clean. The chair had a reclined backrest—better to replace it for a desk. Missing a glass for toothbrush. No street noise, but you can hear everything happening in the hallway or when neighbors turn on the TV.

A regular hotel. THERE ARE NO BREAKFASTS OR ANY MEALS HERE!!! (the website says there are 😡). There is a kitchen where you can cook your own food. 4 stars only for the inaccurate information, but overall it's okay to stay)

Cozy room, good price, convenient location—bus stop where the airport-to-station shuttle stops. Quiet neighborhood. There's a kitchen, hot water, tea, coffee. They provide 3 towels per person, slippers, and shower gel with shampoo. There's a TV, but I didn't check it. Friendly staff. Downsides—feels cool, but the heater helps. Shower water runs cold for a long time before it heats up. Overall, I'm satisfied, great place!

Good hotel, we've stayed here for the second time. Convenient location, bus stop just a 2-minute walk, 15-20 minutes to downtown Murmansk by trolleybus. 10 minutes by taxi. Lenta, Pyaterochka, shopping center, pharmacy—all the essentials are nearby. The rooms are also good, everything clean and neat. If we go to Murmansk again, we'll come back here.

Good rooms, we took a two-room room, one room had a slight strange smell, otherwise everything was fine. A big downside is that you can hear almost the entire floor, and everyone can hear you everywhere—even a simple conversation is very audible.

A decent hotel. The location is very convenient for me—bus stop right opposite, five-minute walk to Severnoye Nagornoye. About 20 minutes by car to the center. The hotel is clean. There's a slight odor in the hallway since the hotel is located in a semi-basement. I've stayed here before. I've stayed in both single and standard rooms. The single room has no window and smells like the hallway; you need to keep the exhaust fan on constantly to reduce the smell. The furniture is worn, but the room is very budget-friendly and has a private bathroom and shower—perfectly livable. I liked the standard room more. It's larger, has a panoramic window (though I wouldn't recommend opening the blinds—passersby can see right in). The renovation looks much fresher than in the single room, furniture is decent, bigger TV, kettle, tea set, safe, heater, hairdryer. Only missing a fridge. The bathroom has a shower cabin, personal shower gels/shampoos, and slippers provided. No unpleasant smells. Noise level is normal—nothing from the neighboring room bothers you, only people in the hallway. The staff is pleasant and responsive. I'd especially like to thank the housekeeper, though I didn't catch her name. A wonderful person—both times I stayed, she was extremely diligent and cheerful. The hotel has a kitchen and a buffet with all essentials; you can order meals. There's supposedly a laundry room, but I didn't use it. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, and you can book them right away, which is very convenient. In summary, the hotel is quite simple, no frills, but look at the prices. I'll likely stay here again next time.

Excellent budget option for travel and business trips. No breakfasts, but there's a fully equipped shared kitchen. Shower and toilet in the room—this really sets this hotel apart from many others. I recommend it.
