Cozy, friendly staff. We arrived at 7 a.m. from the tundra, and they extended our checkout time until 2 p.m. I could have slept better if there was proper sound insulation. You can hear everything going on around, especially floor cleaning and chairs being moved.

Fantastic hostel! These are not even rooms, but rather studio apartments. Everything is here, everything is clean—very convenient. So far the best hostel I've stayed in (and not only in Murmansk)!

The hotel is good, convenient, clean, well-located, with pleasant and attentive staff. 4 stars because trash from the bin was only removed upon request, and we never found the TV remote — had to turn it on and off manually.

Everything's okay. Only the girls at reception aren't very informative

The hotel is cozy, modern and very clean. Everything is brand new, comfortable bed, excellent shower, tasty breakfast. Many thanks!
