A decent hotel for the price. Quiet, clean, shop nearby

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. There's a shared kitchen with everything necessary, a dining area, and a laundry room. Internet is available. The bathroom has a large, comfortable sink. Excellent location, with shops nearby. The price-to-quality ratio is quite good. There are downsides too: Strange layout of double rooms: one large room with either one double or two single beds, no door, and one very small room, like a closet (~2x2 m), with a bed and a door. The floor is very cold everywhere—in the room, bathroom, and kitchen. Because of this, the rooms feel cold. Shower water isn't always hot, sometimes just slightly warmer than body temperature (subjectively), and water pressure is inconsistent. No towel dryer. Internet connection is unstable. There's a kettle in the room, but no tea accessories at all—have to go to the kitchen. The barking of a dog from the hallway was unpleasant.

Excellent hotel, stayed for a couple of nights—clean and comfortable. Located at the city entrance, Lenta and Pyaterochka nearby, very convenient.

The room was clean, located on the first floor. I booked a standard single room but ended up with a two-room room: a double bed in the large room and a single bed in the small one. The layout lacks a hallway — you enter directly onto the bed. No chairs in the room. Also, sound insulation is poor — I woke up from a dog barking and howling. Location is quite far from the center. Price-wise, average — 1500 rubles per night without meals. There's a shared kitchen where you can cook, with a thermos and even coffee and sugar provided

A very nice hotel with a home kitchen (not food, but the space) and friendly staff. Only downside is the location, but the price more than compensates for it.

For those coming for the weekend to see the northern lights and Teriberka, and who basically just need a place to sleep and store belongings — this is the best option. A budget hotel with decent service quality. Rooms are fine, daily cleaning. I booked a Smart room without windows — very unusual, but not uncomfortable. It would be nice to have light switches with indicators in such rooms, but unfortunately they don't. Staff is friendly, checked us in quickly and showed us around. Downsides: the bathroom has a slight damp smell, so turn on the exhaust fan and keep the bathroom door closed at night
