The hotel is generally okay. It's set up on the first floor of a residential building. Questionable decision to make some rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the street, so the blinds are constantly closed. On 26.02.23, the administrator worked very slowly! She scanned every document separately and processed the check for each room individually. It took us over half an hour to check in 8 people into 4 rooms. Teach her to work more efficiently, take her on a tour to another hotel

The hotel is good. Stayed one night, everything was top-notch except for room number 1. A dog runs and screams loudly there. Didn't bother at night, but still, having a hotel in a residential building shows)

Polite and friendly staff. The room is clean. Minimalist but has everything necessary (we initially look for hotels just to 'sleep over' since we spend all day sightseeing in the city). There's a kitchen with all essentials. Located away from the center, but Yandex Taxi works well in the city. Grocery stores, a canteen (cafe-bistro), and shopping centers are within walking distance. About 300 meters to a small but good fish shop (fish and crab are cheaper than in port stores). Everything suited us.

Clean and cozy. No breakfasts, but there's a large kitchen. Near a bus stop on the street with routes going to the city center. Not very close, but has its advantages if you're traveling around the area. Excellent hotel.

Clean. Cozy. There is a kitchen. Laundry available. Extra heaters in rooms if it's cold. Perfect for business travelers.

Excellent hotel, very low prices, spacious and very clean rooms with daily cleaning. Extremely responsive staff, ready to help with any issue or just chat. Highly recommend this hotel
