A quiet hotel for travelers, located in a residential area of the city. Small and convenient. A family of three stayed in one room with two bedrooms. The bathroom was quite comfortable. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast, but there's a functional and well-equipped shared kitchen. Friendly and responsive staff. The downside—there's no private parking at the hotel. We couldn't find a guarded one nearby, and parking spots near the building were hard to get in the evening. The administrator allowed us to park right at the entrance, under the camera—this solved our overnight stay, but technically the car was on the pedestrian area. The price-to-quality ratio matches reality.

A good hotel in terms of price-to-quality ratio. Conveniently located, accessible by public transport. Rooms are clean. There's a shared kitchen and dining room. You can use the dishes. Free tea and coffee. Hotel staff seemed a bit wary at first — our initial interaction felt tense. Later, everything was fine. They explained and showed us everything. Probably due to the panoramic windows, the room was slightly chilly

Decent hotel, stayed twice, planning to return. Very affordable. Clean, neat, convenient location, near SevZap shopping center, Lenta.
